American Heart Association CPR & First Aid
The College of Medical Training is the Pacific Northwest’s largest American Heart Association’s designated Training Center. We have the most dynamic and knowledgeable instructors in the area. Our specialty is teaching students to save lives.
Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support CPR – This class is intended for those students that are either in the healthcare field or for those students in nursing programs. (Doctors, Nurses, Care Givers, Dentist, EMT, Firefighters, Dental Assistants, etc)
Heartsaver CPR & AED - This class is intended for those students that need CPR training, but are not in the healthcare field. (Teachers, Daycare Staff, Coaches, Fitness Trainers, Bus Drivers, Plumbers, Construction Workers, Carpenters, Utility Workers, Food Service Staff, New Parents, ect.)
Heartsaver First Aid - This class is intended for those individuals wanting to learn First Aid in both the healthcare field and the non-healthcare field. This class is designed to meet OSHA regulations.
Basic Life Support Instructor – This 2 day course is designed to teach students how to instruct BLS CPR, Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED.
American Heart Association Professional Programs
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - The PALS course gives healthcare professionals the knowledge and skills to better recognize and treat critically ill infants and children. This course is designed for healthcare providers who initiate and direct advanced life support in pediatric emergencies.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - The ACLS course will enhance student’s skills in treating adult victims of cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. The course includes simulated clinical scenarios that encourage active, hands-on participation through learning stations where students practice essential skills individually, as part of a team, and as team leader.
